This mat-based workout is designed to help participants develop longer, leaner muscles, establish core strength and stability, and heighten mind-body awareness

A great starting point, the “STOTT PILATES® with Props” class teaches the basic principles of STOTT PILATES® and builds a foundation of exercises required to move on to the next level.

Matwork, the foundation of STOTT PILATES® exercise, builds knowledge and strength from the ground up.

The Instructor works through an exercise repertoire using the props (Toning Balls™, Flex-Band®, Fitness Circle® etc) that challenges strength and flexibility to create a strong and healthy body. Layered with modifications, this workout also illustrates the Five Basic Principles – the core elements of the STOTT PILATES® method.
